Rujak Soto

My mom is such a huge fan of Rujak Soto, dish that you can find usually only in Banyuwangi; a small town in the easternmost of Java. But unexpectedly, we found this in Denpasar, Bali. The feeling was like finding kind of treasure *sorry for exaggerating :p* Hehe. But yeah, it was. Rujak soto is a sliced beef, cow’s innards mixed with grounded peanut sauce (bumbu rujak) with soto seasoned broth. The condiments are likely with another soto which colored clear yellow and tastes salty and savory. The salty and savory from the soup mixed with the sweetness from the peanut sauce. Tastes uniquely! :p
