Wrapped Asparagus – Appetizing Bites

Having this wrapped asparagus is like snacking for me. I used the BBQ leftover asparagus to make this appetizing bites 2 weeks ago. Another reason why I love the dish is because it is super easy and fast to make! I had this on a sunny Saturday and happily finished them in a flash. 🙂

  1. 9 spears of fresh asparagus
  2. 3 slices of bacon/ham (You can use any kind of bacon/ham based on your preference. I used shaved leg ham at that time)
  3. salt
  4. pepper
  5. olive oil
  6. lemon juice

How to make

  1. Cut the bottom end of the asparagus (the tough part)
  2. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper and drops of lemon juice in a large bowl
  3. Smear the asparagus spears with number 2
  4. Wrap 2 or 3 spears with a slice of ham (You can make it one ham for one spear as well)
  5. Preheat your grill
  6. Grill until the asparagus is tender and the ham is cooked

I feel week by week goes so fast. And well this is Friday already, I hope you have a great week end with a delicate experience! Cheers..!
